Fenerbache local rivals Besiktas have tabled an official offer for Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel.
Osayi-Samuel’s contract with Fenerbache will run out later this month.
Both player and club have failed to reach an agreement on a new deal.
Besiktas are unhappy with the right fullback positions and believe Osayi-Samuel could be the solution, according to Fotomac
The player is also believed to be in talks with at least two Premier League clubs, Fulham and Crystal Palace, and he could now join them as a free agent.
