Twelve Super Eagles call-ups trained this evening at the MKO Abiola National Stadium with caretaker coach Austin Eguavoen taking the session with assistance from Paul Aigbogun and Joseph Yobo.
Goalkeeper Maduka Okoye became the 13th player to report to the training camp later today.
In today’s training session that was open to the public and which lasted an hour and a half, the nine outfield players were put through the routine drills.
The players were Moses Simon, Sadiq Umar, Chidozie Awaziem, Zaidu Sanusi, Peter Olayinka, Olisa Ndah, Taiwo Awoniyi, Chidera Ejuke and Henry Onyekuru.
Goalkeeper trainer Alloy Agu took on the three goalkeepers, namely Francis Uzoho, Daniel Akpeyi and John Noble.
The players looked in good shape, but only a handful of fans were around to watch them go through their drills.
The camp is expected to bubble from tomorrow as most of the call-ups will be released by their European clubs then.
