Golden Eaglets Class of 2019 stars Peter Agba and Ferdinand Ikenna are looking good to sign pro contracts with Beerschot as they have so far impressed on trials at the Belgian club.
A top source informed only SCORENigeria: “It’s looking very good for Agba and Ikenna as they have been impressive on trials at Beerschot.
“They played a test game yesterday (Thursday) and both boys did well.
“Fingers crossed they could sign in the new week.”
Both Agba and Ikenna featured at the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup in Brazil.
Agba is an attacking or central midfielder, who has good technique with superb vision and passes. He is strong and left-footed and could also play as a support striker.
Ikenna is a smart, ball-playing central defender, who has the technique to play in defensive midfielder.
He was at a time linked with the Fenerbache youth team.
