IFK Goteborg midfielder Alhassan Yusuf is rated the second most expensive player in the Swedish league at 25 million Swedish Kroner ($2.8 million) or about 100 million Naira.
Only Muamer Tankovic (Hammarby IF) and Saed Haksabanovic (IFK Norrkoping) are reported to be more expensive than Yusuf as they each have a price tag of 30 million Kroner, according to fotbolltransfers.com
Yusuf was named Young Player of the Year in Sweden for last season.
IFK signed him from FC Hearts for almost nothing.
Last season was his breakthrough year as he attracted interest from the Premier League as well as Belgium.
Wolverhampton Wanderers were ready to splash seven million Euros on the highly-rated midfielder, while Sheffield United were also linked with him earlier this season.
