The Falcons will Monday night take on hosts Morocco for a place in the final on July 23 in Rabat.
“We now want to go on to win a 10th title,” Spain-based Ajibade said after the victory over Cameroon.
“We know that we have to compete with the best teams (to be champions again).
“We are ready, we’re in for it. We know what it takes.
“We will make sure we scale the next hurdle.”
Ajibade powered home a cross by Ifeoma Onumonu in the 57th minute for the Super Falcons to carry the day at the expense of the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon.
The Atletico Madrid star is now the leading scorer at the WAFCON with three goals and three assists thus far.
