Besiktas have made a €15 million bid for Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare , according to Transfer Expert Ekrem Konur.
And according to the transfer journalist, this is insufficient for Wolverhampton Wanderers as they want at least between €25 and €30 million.
The 25-year-old Arokodare can’t always count on a starting spot at Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Nigerian striker hasn’t yet made his mark at Wolves. So far in the Premier League, Tolu has started 40% of matches.
According to Konur, Besiktas now want to sign Arokodare from Wolverhampton Wanderers. The Turkish club have made a €15 million offer, but that’s not enough for Wolves.
The English club previously signed Tolu from Genk for €26 million.
Tolu has played 22 matches for Wolverhampton so far, finding the net four times. The striker also provided one assist.
According to Transfermarkt, Tolu’s current value is €22 million. His contract with Wolves runs until the summer of 2029, with an option for an additional year.
