Ronaldo’s agent has reportedly discussed with Napoli the possibility of Cristiano Ronaldo joining them in exchange for Victor Osimhen going in the opposite direction for 100 Million Euros.
Top transfer expert Gianluca di Marzio reported that Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes is trying to contact Napoli again after their earlier discussion at the beginning of this month.
Ronaldo wants to play in the UEFA Champions League and Napoli were today drawn in Group A of the competition alongside Liverpool, Ajax and Rangers.
Napoli are not prepared to sell Osimhen because they count on him for their goals this season.
He has so far scored two goals in as many games in the new Serie A season.
Only a huge figure would make them change their mind in this respect.
Manchester United are also in the middle of getting the Brazilian Anthony from Ajax, which could further make it difficult for the Super Eagles striker to move to the Premier League this summer.
United are certainly interested in replacing Ronaldo.
