Emmanuel Dennis has flopped at Nottingham Forest and he wishes to move on as soon as possible, but that there are several hurdles that make it almost impossible to do so.
The former Watford winger has been reduced to the role of a substitute by Forest, scoring a goal in 10 appearances.
The Athletic has reported that Dennis wants out, but that will not happen because that would mean he would have played for three different clubs in a single season, which runs foul of FIFA rules governing transfers.
He could either return to Watford, where he played two matches at the start of the new season, or return to a league, where a new season will soon kick off.
It is believed that Forest have received offers for the player from MLS and Saudi Arabia, but Dennis is not likely to be interested.
Also, the forward cost Forest about 20 Million Pounds when he moved from Watford in August 2022 and the Premier League club will want to recoup most of this investment.
