Top La Liga club Villarreal are prepared to slug it out with Turkish giants Besiktas for the signature of defensive midfielder Anthony Dennis.
Bundesliga club Mainz are also one of several clubs following Göztepe’s 21-year-old Nigerian defensive midfielder.
The Turkish club wanted eight million euros for the player last year, but they have since upped their asking price to 10 million euros.
Dennis’ contract with the Turkish club runs until June 2027, and in the current 2025/2026 Süper Lig season, he has made 24 appearances and scored 3 goals.
