Bayern Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso said Victor Boniface is on the matchday squad for tonight’s UEFA Champions League clash at Atletico Madrid.
Victor Boniface has been sidelined since November, when he was injured on Super Eagles duty against Rwanda in Uyo.
Alonso said it is great the striker is fit again.
“Victor us getting better and better and he will be in the squad,” he said.
“He’s feeling good and it’s great that he is back with us.”
Leverkusen are fourth in the Champions League overall standings with 13 points from six matches.
