Osimhen finished off a great team play in the 55th minute to make the game safe at 3-1 for the visitors.
He played the entire duration and earned a decent rating of 7.3 points.
The away win has now put defending champions Galatasaray four points clear of bitter rivals Fenerbache, who welcome fourth-placed Goztepe tomorrow.
Galatasaray will now turn their attention to another crucial UEFA Champions tie at Manchester City Wednesday night.
A draw at the Ittihad should suffice for ‘Gala’ to reach the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
