Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur are the latest club keen to sign Paul Mukairu, who has impressed on loan at Anderlecht from Turkish club Antalyaspor.

Other suitors for the 21-year-old winger are Bayer Leverkusen in the German Bundesliga and AS Roma in the Serie A.

Anderlecht could also activate a purchase clause to buy Mukairu for three million Euros.

According to Calciomercato, Bayer Leverkusen and Roma are now interested to bring the player on board next season.

In addition, Anderlecht could also consider to exercise their purchase option and then sell him to AS Roma.

The Italians are reported to be willing to release 4.5 or 5 million euros for Mukairu. This transaction would yield a return of at least 50%, and a transfer with such a margin has been around for a long time.

Anderlecht can hope for that, because according to Pianeta Milan , AS Roma is already very interested in making a potential offer to Anderlecht. The extra good news is that the proposal would amount to EUR 5 million.

Interest in Mukairu has continued to grow.

After Leverkusen and AS Roma, according to the Sunday Mirror, Tottenham are now also showing interest in the Nigerian ace.

In fact, Spurs are said to be confident that they will win the battle for Mukairu and that he will head to London in the summer.

Tottenham would not include Mukairu in their first team immediately and would likely loan him out first to gain more experience.

However, it remains to be seen whether he will be eligible for a British work permit.
