Top Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that Victor Osimhen will quit Serie A champions Napoli in the summer to feature in the Premier League in England.
Osimhen, 25, recently signed a new contract at Napoli till June 2026, but even his Italian club have admitted he is on his way out.
The hard copy of the famous Italian sports paper gave a clear indication of the striker’s next port of call.
“Many consider him the best striker in the world after Haaland, who he could closely meet next season,” wrote Vincenzo D’Angelo.
Chelsea, who Osimhen support when he was growing in Lagos, and Arsenal are the two Premier League most widely associated with signing him in the summer.
