The pressure has continued to pile on David Okereke at Club Brugge with critics even predicting his departure from the Belgian champions sooner rather than later.
This season has not gone well for Okereke, who was the record signing by Club Brugge a year and half ago when he cost eight million Euros.
He started brightly at centre-forward but soon after the goals dried up and he has since been played as a winger with very little to cheer.
“For Okereke, it may be the end of story at Club Brugge,” Filip Joos told Sporza after Okereke failed to shine even as a late sub in a Europa League loss to Dynamo Kiev.
