Emanuel Emegha, 17, has been picked among the top stars to watch in the new season in Holland when it kicks off this weekend.
The Sparta Rotterdam starlet has recently caught the eye in the build up to the new campaign.
“Emanuel Emegha is the youngest player from this list. The 17-year-old striker has already made a name for himself in the preparation,” remarked broadcast rights owners Fox TV.
“In the last exhibition match against Borussia Dortmund, the 1.95m tall striker scored the only Sparta goal.
“With the injury of competitor Reda Kharchouch, Emegha can just grab his chance.”
Sparta, who also parade Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, will open the season with a home game against champions Ajax on Sunday afternoon.
