Örebro SK striker Isaac Boye could now join Karlstad on a permanent basis after a successful loan spell.

Boye, 24, came to Orebro SK after impressing a lot during trials in 2017.

However, the striker failed to establish himself at the club, who have been relegated from Allsvenskan this season.

Boye, on the other hand, has not been a part of the club’s difficult season – the striker was instead loaned to Karlstad Football in Division 1.

The Nigerian has accounted for 11 goals in 26 matches for Karlstad, who finished in fourth place in the series.

The striker’s contract with ÖSK expires after the season and the striker’s future is elsewhere – which ÖSK has previously confirmed.

Karlstad Football are interested in signing him, according Tobias Johansson from the club’s sports group.

“There is a mutual interest. Then you never know in a negotiation, especially not now when there would be a permanent transition. But I hope it can work, he told Varmlands Folkblad.

Boye has made a total of 16 appearances for ÖSK in the Allsvenskan and has scored a goal.
