Officials said the Super Falcons will now take on a qualified team to this year’s WAFCON in Morocco after a friendly against Jamaica was called off.
The reigning African champions were scheduled to battle their Jamaican counterparts in the United Kingdom later this month.
However, Jamaica withdrew due to “administrative issues”.
The Super Falcons, who also missed the March international break, will now host a WAFCON-bound team to a two-legged friendly in Nigeria during the next friendly window of June 7 to 14.
The Falcons are preparing to defend their continental crown in Morocco from July 25 to August 16.
They are drawn against Egypt, Zambia and Malawi in Group C.
