The Super Falcons will go all the way to win a record-extending 10th WAFCON in Morocco, according to former star Stella Mbachu.
The delayed 2024 WAFCON will kick off Saturday with hosts Morocco taking on Zambia in the opening game.
The Super Falcons will begin their campaign Sunday evening against Tunisia in Casablanca.
“The Super Falcons are going all the way to winning the competition,” predicted Mbachu, a flying winger in her hey days.
“I don’t see them losing any match all the way to becoming champions again.
“Hosts Morocco, Zambia and South Africa will be the main rivals for the Super Falcons.
“Ghana are still struggling to get back to the top.”
Justin Madugu is in temporary charge of the Super Falcons and Mbachu said he should be given the post on a permanent basis when the team win the WAFCON.
