Super Eagles will start Samuel Chukwueze for today’s decisive 2026 World Cup qualifier against Benin in place of suspended Ademola Lookman.
Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, who shone when Nigeria demolished Benin 3-0 in Uyo in September 2024, is suspended for the Big Battle against Benin after he got his second booking against Lesotho last week.
He was also booked in the clash against South Africa last month.
Chukwueze was a substitute against Lesotho last week.
