Recently-capped Super Eagles midfielder Tochukwu Nnadi will earn Belgian club Zulte Waregem a little fortune when he completes his transfer to French Ligue 1 team Olympique Marseille.
According to Foot Mercato, Marseille, Zulte Waregem, and Tochukwku Nnadi have reached an agreement on a winter transfer.
The transfer will be officially announced today, the very last day of the winter market.
Marseille are paying €6 million to Zulte Waregem.
It’s somewhat reminiscent of the deal involving Pape Demba Diop, who moved to RC Strasbourg last summer for slightly more (€7.5 million).
Nnadi will be the fourth-most expensive departure ever from the Belgian club.
