Alhassan Yusuf, a late replacement for injured Wilfred Ndidi, is expected to arrive at the Super Eagles training camp in Dubai tomorrow morning, officials told SCORENigeria
The Antwerp midfielder has received his entry visa as well as flight ticket to join the AFCON-bound Super Eagles in Dubai.
He is now of only three uncapped players on the final squad to the AFCON with the others being goalkeepers Olorunleke Ojo and Stanley Nwabali.
The 23-year-old Alhassan is a versatile midfielder, who could play centrally, as a defensive midfielder or attacking midfielder.
Last season, he won the treble with Antwerp – league, cup and Super Cup – after he also clinched the Swedish Cup with IFK Goteborg previously.
