The Super Eagles have confirmed they will take on Algeria in a friendly on September 27 in Oran.
The Eagles announced this friendly on their verified Twitter handle today.
Both countries failed to qualify for this year’s World Cup in Qatar.
Algeria beat Nigeria 1-0 when the two teams last clashed in a friendly in Austria two years ago.
In 2019, the North Africans also stopped the Eagles 2-1 in the semifinal of the AFCON in Egypt thanks to a late winner by Riyad Mahrez.
