Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle will be part of the spectators at the final of this year’s Federation Cup final between Kwara United and Abakaliki FC as he continues to shop for more players for the CHAN in August.
SCORENigeria specially learnt that the Super Eagles coach will use this cup final to run the rule on more players who will soon open training camp for the 2025 CHAN in East Africa in August.
Eric Chelle has already worked with a good number of players from the NPFL after he called up a dozen players from the domestic league for the recent Unity Cup in London.
He will be very much involved with the CHAN Eagles before the Super Eagles resume action in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in September, when they welcome Rwanda to Uyo before a tricky trip to group leaders South Africa.
