5.Bryan Idowu
Forgotten Super Eagles defender Bryan Idowu hit target for Russian club Khimki to win 2-0 at Rostov and ease relegations fears. It was the second goal for the 28-year-old Idowu. Khimki are 14th on the 16-team table with nine points from 12 matches.
4.Joe Aribo
The versatile midfielder scored in his second game since his return from injury when he opened scoring for Rangers in a 2-0 win at home against Livingston. He has now scored twice in five league appearances this season and his Rangers are now six points clear of rivals and champions Celtic. Could this be the year Aribo and his team finally make it all the way to the top in Scotland?

3.Victor Moses
Chelsea loanee showed class with a goal in his first start for Spartak Moscow, who won 3-1 at Krasnodar. Spartak are among the front runners in Russia and Victor Moses is poised to show more with his new club on the evidence of what he produced at the weekend.
2.Emmanuel Dennis
Dennis lived up to his boast to always rise to the big occasion when he inspired a sensational 2-1 win for Club Brugge at Zenit Saint Petersburg in the UEFA Champions League. It was only his first-ever Champions League and it will galvanise the Belgian champions to attempt to go beyond the group stage of the competition.

1.Kelechi Iheanacho
It was a peerless individual display for Iheanacho as Leicester City got off to a winning start in the UEFA Europa League with a goal and two assists in a 3-0 home win over Zorya of Ukraine. He made history by becoming only the first Nigeria star to produce two assists in a Europa League game. His five-star showing has come after he scored his first goal for the Super Eagles since 2017. He is proving he still has more to offer when at a time it looked like he was going down the hill.
