The all-action style of Victor Osimhen was again on display at the weekend as he scored his eighth Serie A goal, but it came at a cost – a nasty head injury before the end of the game.
5.Frank Onyeka
The box-to-box defensive midfielder was on target for table-topping FC Midtjylland in a 3-0 home win over Nordsjaelland in the Danish Championship playoffs. His club are now just four rounds of matches away from another title. Onyeka himself looks set to finally take his football to a bigger league in the summer after the club rejected concrete offers for him last year.
4.Samuel Adegbenro
The former Rosenborg winger scored a brace at Orebro at the weekend to prove he is fully settled in Sweden with Norrkoping. He has now netted three goals in the first four matches of the new season.
3. Sadiq Umar
The centre-forward grabbed his 20th goal in all competitions in Spain this season with a brace at Real Oviedo. UD Almeria should make the promotion playoffs and Sadiq’s goals will again be crucial for a return to La Liga.
2.Moses Simon
The hard working Super Eagles winger scored a goal and provided an assist for troubled FC Nantes to record a big win at Brest. It was a much-needed win for ‘The Canaries’, who though remain in the relegation playoffs spot with three rounds of matches to the end of the season.

1.Victor Osimhen
The all-action style of the Napoli striker was on full display as his club charge for a UEFA Champions League place. He opened scoring against Cagliari to take his Serie A tally to eight goals, but he will later be replaced after he suffered a head injury. It is often the price Osimhen has to pay for his robust football, which means he always has to put his body on the firing line.
