Ademola Lookman was back scoring goals in Serie A after another tentative performance with the Super Eagles, while Super Falcons Chiamaka Nnadozie and Christy Uchiebe fired their clubs to the group stage of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
5.Kelechi Iheanacho
The striker followed up on his goal for the Super Eagles against Saudi Arabia with his fourth straight goal for Leicester City to stay top of the English Championship. He has now netted five goals as his club remain on course for a prompt return to the Premier League. It is also looking likely he will quit Leicester a free agent next summer most likely after he has got them back to the top league.

4.Christy Uchiebe
Benfica will again feature in the group stage of the UEFA Women’s Champions League after their Nigerian Super Falcon scored one of the goals against Apollon Limassol in the second leg of their playoffs. Benfica won 4-0 to go through 11-0 on aggregate. The hard working midfielder has continued to impress after a solid outing at the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand earlier this year. She will now relish face-to-face battles with fellow Super Falcons Oshoala and Halimatu Ayinde in Group A of the Champions League.
3.Asisat Oshoala
The Super Falcons poster girl scored twice for Barcelona Femeni to trounce Granada 6-1 at home in continuation of the Spanish league. She paid tribute to young music star Mohbad by displaying his portrait after her goals. ‘Agba Baller’ has now netted three goals in the league and put behind the injury that dogged her late last season. Defending champions Barcelona remain top of the standings after six rounds of matches with 18 points, three points clear of Madrid.

2.Chiamaka Nnadozie
The Super Falcons undisputed No 1 saved a penalty and kept a clean sheet for her club Paris FC to upset last season’s finalists Wolfsburg to reach the group stage of the UEFA Champions League for the very first time in their history. She also played a big role when Paris eliminated Arsenal in the previous round of the competition. It will now be interesting to see how she and her French giant killers fare in Group C alongside Bayern Munich, AS Roma and Ajax.
1.Ademola Lookman
The 26-year-old forward grabbed his third Serie A goal for Atalanta this season for a 2-0 home win over Genoa. It was another eye-catching display by the player, who did not cover himself in glory in a friendly against Saudi Arabia the previous week. Atalanta have climbed to sixth on the table as Lookman stays on track to at least match his 13-goal tally of last season.
