Modest Saudi Arabian club Al Tai are in a race to sign Emmanuel Dennis from Nottingham Forest before the transfer window in that country closes tomorrow.
Dennis is surplus to requirement at Forest after he joined the Premier League club from relegated Watford last season for about 20 Million Pounds.
He has a contract with Forest till June 2026, but the Premier League club will be happy to sell because he does not figure in their immediate plans after he managed only two goals and three assists in 25 appearances.
Al Tai are 11th in the standings in the Saudi top league and they are desperate for more firepower upfront and so the need to go after 25-year-old forward Dennis.
The player has also been linked to Serie A club Udinese as well as Trabzonspor in Turkey.
