“Kalu has been declared fit to play as from now on,” announced Super Eagles team administrator Enebi Achor
“His featuring in Wednesday’s match against Guinea however depends on if he is picked by coach Gernot Rohr.”
Kalu travelled with Eagles doctor Ibrahim Gyaran along with a CAF medical officer to Cairo for further tests after he collapsed in training in Alexandria and was taken to hospital for tests.
Officials said he suffered from dehydration caused by the heat in Egypt at this time of the year.
