The latest from a proposed swap deal involving Cristiano Ronaldo and Victor Osimhen is that Napoli want Manchester United to pay 140 Million Euros for their striker, who should then more than double his annual salary to 12 Million Euros.
The Italian club also want Manchester United to pay 75% of Ronaldo’s wages.
Osimhen is Napoli record signing after they snapped him up for over 80 Million Euros from Ligue 1 club Lille three years ago.
According to various credible media outlets in Italy, the talks between all the parties have now begun.
This is a race against time particularly for the Ronaldo camp led by super agent Jorge Mendes.
Ronaldo wants to play UEFA Champions League this season with Napoli drawn in Group A along with Ajax, Rangers and Liverpool.
The international transfer window in England will shut on September 1, 2022.
