On-form Moses Ogbu has now been linked with a transfer to Swedish champions Djurgardens IF.
Thus far, Ogbu has scored seven goals in 12 matches for Mjallby AIF in the Allsvenskan.
According to fotbolldirekt.se, Djurgardens have shown interest to sign the striker, whose contract runs out at the end of the season.
SportExpressen has previously reported that Hammarby IF are also keen to get Ogbu, who returned to Sweden this year after a short spell in England.
However, Mjällby’s sports director Hasse Larsson insisted that there are no offers yet for the 29-year-old Ogbu.
“No, no one has presented anything to us,” he told Fotbolldirekt.se.
“It’s just like I heard the rumour mill. I have heard both China, Hammarby and Djurgårdens. But nothing has come directly to us on him.”
