The forward was voted Man of the Match ahead of fellow scorer Lukas Nnmecha with 65% of the votes in a poll conducted by the official broadcast partners of the Belgian Jupiler League, ElevenSports.
Mukairu scored the second goal Anderlecht in the 71st minute to crown a superb outing.
His goal was down to individual brilliance as he ghosted past two defenders by the left flank before he drove home from an almost acute angle.
