Victor Osimhen has spoken about speculations surrounding his future at Napoli by saying that “anything can happen (concerning a transfer) in the summer”.
Reports have so far suggested that top clubs like Bayern Munich and Arsenal have been scared away by Napoli asking price of a 100 Million Euros for the 23-year-old striker.
However, Osimhen himself said today he will not rule out a transfer.
“There are rumours going around, but anything can happen in the summer,” he told reporters today in Agadir, Morocco.
“But first I have to go back to my family to relax and refresh.”
He congratulated the entire Super Eagles for the record-breaking 10-0 mauling of Sao Tome and Principe.
“Congratulations to the whole team and kudos to the coach,” he said.
“I am happy to get the four goals, I’m happy too for my teammates who scored, the likes of Lookman, Moffi and Dennis.
“I hope we can build on this momentum.”
