Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has come under the rage of fans of the Super Eagles after the NFF reported he has been ruled out of tomorrow’s friendly against Portugal.

The NFF blamed Osimhen’s absence for the friendly in Lisbon on injury, but the media in Italy said he wants to rest and as such turned down the Super Eagles invitation.
Furious fans have branded Osimhen as not patriotic and putting his club before the country.
“Na anytime Nigeria wan play, na en Osimhen deh get injury,” accused Oyedele Josh on Twitter.
“Osimhen forming injury 4 9ja so that he can please his Napoli slave master,” fired Oluwakayode Samuel, another Twitter user.
“NFF should sideline him, we’re better without him.
“The overhyped striker that couldn’t score Ghana for us has never been available when needed the most.”
‘White Kaftan’ was also critical of the striker, who is top scorer in the Italian Serie A with nine goals going into the World Cup break.
“Victor Osimhen always picks up an injury when he gets a call-up,” he pointed out in another angry tweet.
