Victor Osimhen is now closer to extend his contract with Napoli despite a late bid by Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal to sign him.
Al Hilal have been rejected by Kylian Mbappe despite offering a world record transfer fee of around 300 Million Euros.
According to L’Equipe, the Riyadh club have now shifted their dragnet on Osimhen.
They are prepared to multiply his 4.5 Million Euros-a-year salary among other mouthwatering personal terms.
However,Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that Osimhen and Napoli are close to an agreement on a new contract.
What remains to be resolved is the size of the buyout clause.
Napoli want to set it at 200 million Euros, but may settle for 140-150 million Euros.
Osimhen scored 31 goals and five assists in 39 competitive matches last season.
