Victor Osimhen will again be on the sidelines for some time after he suffered a thigh injury that forced him to be stretchered off late in Lille win over Angers.
Osimhen opened scoring after 14 minutes of action as Lille ran away 2-0 winners.
It was his 12th goal in the league this season.
And Lille are now fourth on the Ligue 1 table with 40 points from 24 matches.
They have the same points with third-placed Rennes but have an inferior goals difference.
However, the decisive win was marred by injury to the Super Eagles striker in the 79th minute and had to be taken away in a stretcher.
Earlier this season, the all-action striker was also sidelined by a knee injury, but bounced back to continue to score goals.
