Victor Osimhen is upbeat Nigeria can go all the way and win the 2025 AFCON as the Super Eagles are ready to battle for continental glory in Morocco.
The Galatasaray hitman said the competition will get tougher from the knockout Round of 16 as bigger teams will clash.
The Super Eagles won Group C with nine points from three matches to set up a Round of 16 tie Monday in Fes against Mozambique, who placed third in Group F.
“I think we can go all the way to win the AFCON, we have got the team, we have got the talent and to be honest, we are ready to give all to make sure we actualised the dream.
“We are in the Round of 16 now, it’s going to be tougher as bigger teams are coming our way.”
The winners of the Nigeria vs Mozambique clash will battle the winners of game between Algeria and DR Congo in the quarterfinal of the AFCON.
Last year, the Super Eagles were beaten 2-1 in the final of the competition by hosts Cote d’Ivoire.
