Genk said they hope Paul Onuachu will be their most expensive outgoing transfer ever and a section of the Belgian media has already placed a 25 million Euros price tag on the giant striker, but an expert said it may not be so.
Football analyst Mohammed Messoudi told Sport / Voetbalmagazine he has his doubts Onuachu could be sold for as much as 25 million Euros.
He points out that Onuachu is now 27 years old and that he only managed to make an impact in the medium leagues of Denmark and Belgium.
The expert also suggested that the Italian Serie A will be where the Super Eagles striker will shine brightest.
French Ligue 1 side Olympique Lyon have been reported among the clubs interested in signing Onuachu, who netted 29 goals in the regular league season in Belgium.
