The two-time African champions are second in Group A with six points as they seek a result away from Aba.
Ahli Benghazy are bottom of the group with four points and will topple their Nigerian foes with a win tonight.
On Wednesday, Group A leaders Orlando Pirates were held to a scoreless draw by Entente Setif in South Africa.
The South Africans now have nine points from five matches, while Entente Setif have recorded five points and are now third in the standings.
The overall winners of this group may only be decided on the final match day next weekend.
No Nigerian club have yet to win this competition.
