Ogenyi Onazi has said he hopes his Lithuanian club Zalgiris advance in the UEFA Europa League qualifying series tonight at the expense of Slovenian club NS Mura.
His team, who fell out of the UEFA Champions League, will welcome NS Mura after both teams played out a goalless draw in the first leg in Slovenia last week.
“The game is very important for us, the fans and the entire country…we are motivated to get the job done,” Onazi said on social media.
The overall winners of tonight’s clash will play off against Sturm Graz of Austria for a place in the money-spinning group stage of the Europa League.
