Iwobi assisted for the match winner in the second half.
The midfielder has been a man reborn under manager Frank Lampard.
This was after most fans had questioned his value last season with some even offering to drive him to his next club.
Iwobi said today’s win was long in coming because they have played well as a team, but somehow failed to get the result they deserved.
