The League Management Company (LMC) has fixed May 9 for the re-start of the 2021 NPFL season.
In a circular dated April 20 and addressed to all 20 NPFL clubs, the LMC COO Salihu Abubakar announced the commencement date.
The correspondence further said the Week 20 clash between Enyimba and Enugu Rangers will be the only one not to be played on this new date because of Enyimba international engagement.
Kwara United lead the NPFL halfway through the season with 36 points after 19 matches.
Four clubs are in the relegation zone – Warri Wolves, Katsina United, FC Ifeanyiubah and Adamawa United.
