SCORENigeria can exclusively report that one of the shinning lights in the NPFL last season Joseph Arumala has completed his transfer to top Egyptian club Al Ittihad.
Exciting winger Arumala, who featured for the Golden Eaglets Class of 2021, netted 13 goals in a breakout NPFL debut season with Ikorodu City.
A top source who is familiar with this transaction told SCORENigeria: “Joseph has signed for Al Ittihad. It’s a two-year contract.
“Another Egyptian club, Pyramids, were also interested, so too a number of clubs in Europe.”
Left winger Arumala, 21, was sourced from IB Sporting Dreams of Abuja.
