10. Odion Ighalo
This proven goal scorer was Goal King of Saudi Arabia with 20 goals last season and he has continued from that campaign to score 12 goals in the league thus far this term. Champions Al Hilal are far off the pace in the title race with nine rounds of matches till the end of the season, but more Ighalo goals should push them higher from their fourth place in the standings.
9. Chuba Akpom
The former PAOK Thessaloniki forward has been a phenomenon since he returned to Middlesbrough in the English Championship. Akpom has netted 24 times in the league to set new goal record at his club, who are now pushing for a return to the Premier League under former Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick.

8. Peter Olayinka
He has been a proven goal scorer over the years and this season has not been an exception for the tall forward. Olayinka has scored 16 goals in all competitions for Czech champions Slavia Praha with 10 of those goals in the league, two in cup games and four in UEFA Conference League.
7. Gift Orban
He is Nigeria’s latest goal-scoring sensation having scored 12 goals for Gent this season, with seven in the league and four in the UEFA Europa Conference League. He is not a flash in the pan having painted the Norwegian second division last season with goals for Stabaek to make a prompt return to the top flight.

6. Victor Boniface
This is yet another new goals sensation in Belgium, where he features for Union St.Gilliose who continue to push above their weight in both the league as well as the Europa League this season. Boniface, 22, has scored a total of 14 goals for the modest Belgian club, seven in league games, two in cup games and five in the Europa League.
5. Paul Onuachu
He was a prolific scorer at Belgian club Genk, where he netted 17 goals in all competitions, 16 in the league and one in cup games, before he joined Premier League strugglers Southampton. He is yet to score for his Premier League club, though.
4. Ademola Lookman
He has scored 14 goals for his Italian Serie A side Atalanta this season so far. He has scored 12 times in the league and two in cup games. Recently though he has gone off the boil and will need to step up his game to get back among the goals.

3. Terrem Moffi
The OGC Nice striker has scored 16 goals this season, 12 of those goals were scored when he was with FC Lorient, three for Nice since he made a switch and one in the UEFA Europa Conference League. He has finally settled down at Nice and will be expected to bang in more goals after the international break and as Ligue 1 approaches its business end.
2. Folarin Balogun
The young Arsenal loanee is turning heads with his goals in the French top league for modest club Reims. Balogun, who is still eligible to play for Nigeria through his Nigerian parents, could also opt for USA where he was born or England, where he has resided. He has scored a total of 18 goals for Reims, 17 of them in Ligue 1 and one in cup game ahead of Neymar and Lionel Messi., only two goals less than Kylian Mbappe in the goals’ race.

1.Victor Osimhen
He is one of the hottest strikers in the world currently following his goals for high-flying Italian club Napoli. Osimhen has scored a total of 25 goals this season, 20 in the league and four in UEFA Champions League. It is little wonder every top club in Europe is vying for his signature come this summer. But before then, there is the small matter of helping Napoli win a third Scudetto and a first-ever Champions League trophy. Don’t bet against Osimhen and his exciting Italian team.
