Yira Sor and Tolu Arokodare combined to give Genk a 3-1 win at KAS Eupen today and keep them within striking distance of the front runners in Belgium.
Flying winger Yira Sor was scoring for the second straight week after his brace against Gent.
The pacy winger scored in first half stoppage time.
Arokodare, on the other hand, was returning from a head injury that meant he only returned to training on Friday.
He was an 81st minute sub for Yira Sor and went on to score his team’s third goal in stoppage time.
Genk are now fifth in the standings with 28 points from 17 matches as the race for Top-4 gathers teams.
