The close ties between Nigeria and Ghana have thrown up all sorts of rivalries between the two West African countries, from Jollof rice to the recent social media banter stirred by Ghanaian music star Shatta Wale.
Both rivals will again come face-to-face in March for a place at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
This rivalry will be rekindled between March 23 and 29 with the Black Stars hosting the first leg, while the Super Eagles welcome the Ghanaians in the reverse tie.
Both countries first clashed at full international level in 1951.
They have already met in World Cup qualifiers a record eight times with the first such meeting being on August 28, 1960.
Nigeria lost the match 4-1 in Accra.
In total, both Nigeria and Ghana have won two, drawn four and lost two of their eight head-to-head clashes in World Cup qualifying.

The two rivals have met at full international level 57 times with Ghana shading it by winning 19, drawing 19 and losing 16 of these matches.
The Eagles have so far appeared in six World Cups as against the three appearances by the Black Stars, who made history by reaching the quarterfinal at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The last time Ghana lost to Nigeria was in 2006 and since then they have beaten the Eagles 4-1 in a friendly (Feb 2007) as well as 2-1 (2008 AFCON) and 1-0 (2010 AFCON).
The last game between the two teams ended in a goalless draw.
It was a friendly on October 11, 2011.
It will not be a friendly banter when the perennial rivals clash again in March with a World Cup place at stake.
