Sociedad completed Sadiq’s transfer from fellow La Liga club UD Almeria today after he passed a routine medical.
They shelled out 20 Million Euros plus add-ons of six Million Euros for the striker to sign a long-term contract.
Next Thursday, Sociedad will be at Old Trafford for a UEFA Europa League group game against Manchester United with Sadiq likely to feature.
The 25-year-old striker has previously played against United in the same competition with his former club FK Partizan.
He has now been handed jersey No 25 by Sociedad.
He is a direct replacement for Sweden star Alexander Isak, who has joined Newcastle United.
