Wilfred Ndidi will soon be back in action after his latest injury setback, according to the Leicester City manager.
The 24-year-old defensive midfielder has been nursing a thigh muscle strain after he last played at Everton on January 27.
“Wilf (Ndidi) won’t be too much longer after that,” says Brendan Rodgers.
“It’s just the nature of this season. If you look at how compact the games and intensity of them, it’s very, very difficult for the players.”
Last season, Ndidi was sidelined by a groin injury for close to 12 weeks.
