Super Eagles winger Moses Simon, who has spent barely a month at his new Ligue 1 club FC Nantes, has been nominated for Player of the Month award.
The Nigeria international has been nominated alongside teammates Abdoulaye Toure, Nicolas Pallois and Fàbio da Silva, and voting will take place online to decide the winner for the month of August.
The 25-year-old, who is on loan from UD Levante, started on a bright note, scoring on his debut at FC Nantes and provided an assist in his second match which fetched his club a 1-0 win over Montpellier. It was also their first home win of the season.
Moses Simon will be in action for the Super Eagles against Ukraine in a friendly at the Dnipro Arena in Ukraine, on Tuesday.
