Michael Kayode has won the Golden Boy Award for the Best Italian Talent of 2024.
The 20-year-old Fiorentina fullback scooped the award for the U21s for his “incredible” season according to the organisers.
Last season, he made 26 appearances in Serie A with 22 of those outings as a starter.
He has made four appearances in Serie A this season with Fiorentina early front runners.
He is already an Italy U21 international, but he is still eligible to play for Nigeria.
