Paul Onuachu scored his 15th goal in the Turkish Super Lig to guarantee Trabzonspor a ticket to the UEFA Europa League next season.
Onuachu scored with a header in first half stoppage time at Istanbul Basaksehir to give his club an unassailable six points gap against their closest rivals with only a round of matches to the end to the season.
Trabzonspor now have 64 points from 37 matches, while Basaksehir are on 58 points.
However, it is left to be seen whether Southampton loanee Onuachu will stay put at Trabzonspor after he complained of late payment of his salaries.
